Start a conversationUnderstand where you are
Before any lesson begins, the first priority is understanding your current level — what you already know, what feels shaky, and where you want to go. There's no test, just a conversation.
Identify what you want to improve
Everyone has different goals. Some learners want to hold a conversation. Others want help with grammar they've been struggling with for months. Lessons are pointed at what matters to you.
Focus each session on useful practice
Every lesson has a clear focus — vocabulary, a grammar concept, conversation practice, or something you've been confused about. No filler, no padding.
Revisit what's difficult
Some things need more than one session. If something doesn't click the first time, that's normal. We come back to it, approach it differently, and work through it properly.
Progress at a pace that makes sense
There's no fixed timeline. You don't need to move faster than is comfortable. The goal is genuine understanding, not rushing through material.
All lessons are online.
Lessons take place online, which means you can work with Whitney from wherever you are. No commute, no fixed location requirement.
